Mac users — if the editor can't find your device, it's a Chrome bug, not your pedal.

Chrome 152 introduced a fault that breaks communication with MIDI hardware. It affects every browser-based pedal editor on macOS, not just ours, and your pedal and firmware are unaffected — nothing needs reinstalling.

Google has fixed it in Chrome 153. Go to Chrome menu → Help → About Google Chrome to update. If 153 isn't offered to you yet, Google is still rolling it out — in the meantime you can install Chrome Beta, or stay on Chrome 151.

Firefox is unaffected and we have confirmed that v153 works with our web applications.
